Delete your WIPE account

You can delete your WIPE account and the information in it at any time, with or without signing in.

How to delete your account

1. From your dashboard: sign in at us.iw.pe, open My business → Account & security, and choose Delete my account. If your account has a password, you'll be asked to type it.
2. By email: write to hello@iw.pe from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account (name, email, phone, and your Google or Apple sign-in), all of its sites, bookings, inquiries, reviews and photos. Any active plan is cancelled. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

What is kept, and for how long

Backup copies may be kept for up to 30 days and are then erased. Billing records we are required by law to keep are kept as the law requires. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Deleting one site, and keeping the account

In My business, choose Delete this site to delete one site and everything in it. To delete other specific information, such as an inquiry, a booking or a photo, email hello@iw.pe from your account's email address.
