What happens when you type your handle
WIPE opens your public Instagram the way any visitor would and reads what's there: your bio, your latest posts and their captions, your photos. From that it builds a first draft of your site:
- It finds the services you offer and the prices you've written, and turns them into a menu.
- It picks your best shots and your before and afters for the gallery.
- It matches the site's colors to your feed, so it looks like you.
- It writes a headline and an about section from your bio, in plain English.
Then you make it yours
The draft is only visible to you. Tap anything on it to change it, add photos from your phone, choose a style, or tell WIPE what to change in your own words, like texting a friend. Add the details only you know: your phone, your hours, your area or address.
When you like it, pick your address (yourname.iw.pe), publish, and put the link in your Instagram bio. After that, the site is yours to edit any time.
What it reads, and what it never does
- It reads only what's public. It never asks for your Instagram password.
- It never posts, comments or sends messages as you.
- If your profile is private, or you'd rather not use Instagram, WIPE can start from your business name, your Facebook page, your Google listing or a website you already have, and you fill in the rest.

- A Book button: clients choose a service, a day and a time. Set your hours and bookings confirm right away, or choose to approve each one. Clients get an email confirmation and a reminder.
- A Text me button that opens a text to you, and directions on a map.
- Your hours, and your area without your street if you work from home.
- Pages Google can read: titles, a sitemap and structured data on every site.
Why not a link-in-bio page or a feed widget?
A link-in-bio page is a list of buttons; it doesn't show your prices or your work, and Google has little to read. A feed widget puts your Instagram grid on a website you still have to build and keep up. WIPE builds the website itself, with your services and prices written out as real text, so clients can decide and Google can understand what you do.

what wipe doesn't do yet
- Take deposits or card payments. There are no processing fees, but no deposits through WIPE either.
- Send automatic text messages. Confirmations and reminders go by email, and you can text a client from your own phone in one tap.
- Connect a domain you already own. Your address is yourname.iw.pe.

Do you need my Instagram password?
No. WIPE only reads what you've already posted publicly, and it never posts to your account.
How long does it take?
