Frequently asked questions
Is this legit? I’ve never heard of WIPE.
Fair question. We’re new in the US. That’s why you can build and see your whole site free, with no card, before you decide anything.
I already use GlossGenius / Square.
Perfect, keep it. Your site’s “Book” button can go straight to the booking link you already have. Or use WIPE’s booking. Either way, nothing starts over.
Does it answer my clients?
Yes. An AI assistant on your site answers their questions from your own prices, hours, services and FAQ, day and night. It can offer your open times and send you the booking request, or pass her to you by text or DM. It never diagnoses or makes up a price, it tells clients it’s AI, and you can turn it off anytime.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
Never. 0% commission. Your clients book with you and stay yours. We don’t list you on a marketplace or charge per client.
Do you need my Instagram password?
Never. WIPE only reads what you’ve already posted publicly, like any visitor would, and we never post anything to your account.
I’m not techy at all.
You don’t need to be. Type your handle and the rest happens on its own. Want something changed? Tap it, or tell the assistant in plain words, like texting a friend.
Will clients find me on Google?
Your site is built so Google can read it: your services, your city and your prices. Nobody can promise a ranking, but now there’s something real for Google to show.
Can I show my reviews?
Yes. Add your favorite reviews to your site, and send every client your Google review link.
Is my data safe?
Your site and dashboard run over a secure connection. We only read what you’ve already posted publicly, and we don’t sell your data. The Privacy Policy says exactly what we keep.
Do I own my site?
Your words, photos and client list are yours. You can download your client list or delete everything anytime from Settings.
What if I don’t like it?
Then don’t publish. You see your whole site free first, no card, and nothing goes live until you say so.
Who is behind WIPE?
A small team building tools for beauty pros. WIPE is operated by Wiser Labs LLC, a Wyoming company.
