Instagram bio generator for lash techs and beauty pros

Choose your trade, your specialties, your city and how clients book. Get ten bios that fit Instagram's 150-character limit.

The four lines every bio needs

A good beauty-pro bio answers four questions in one glance: what you do, where you are, why you (your style or specialty), and how to book. Each bio here is built from those four parts, in a different order and tone.

  • What: your main service in plain words, like "Lash extensions & lifts".
  • Where: your city and state, or "By appointment in Frisco, TX" if you work from home.
  • Why you: one line on your style, such as "Soft, wispy sets that still look like you".
  • How to book: "Book below" pointing at your first link, or "Text to book".

Make it work harder

Put your trade in the profile's name field too ("Maria | Lash Artist"): Instagram search reads it. Make your first link go straight to booking or your site, not to a list of eight links. And keep Prices, Policies and Reviews as highlights, so the bio doesn't have to say everything.

The bios are written from hand-made templates and word lists, not by AI. Press "More ideas" for another ten.

Questions

How long can an Instagram bio be?

Instagram's bio limit is 150 characters. Each bio here is counted and kept under it, line breaks included.

Should I write "DM to book"?

Only if DMs really are how you book. Many people won't message a stranger, so a booking link or "Text to book" usually loses fewer clients.

Should I put my home address in my bio?

No. If you work from home, give your city or area and send the exact address after booking.
